What is Gasoline TampingRammer?
Gasoline Tamping rammer is a portable compaction machine driven by gasoline engine.
It relies on high-frequency vertical impact to compact soil, sand and gravel. Free from power cable restriction, it moves freely on outdoor construction sites.
Suitable for foundation backfill, road trench repair, rural road construction and narrow space tamping work. Featuring strong power, stable running and easy maneuvering, it is the most widely used compaction equipment for outdoor engineering operations.
Working Principle of Gasoline Tamping Rammer
The gasoline engine outputs power to drive crankshaft and connecting rod assembly. It converts rotary motion into vertical up-and-down reciprocating movement.
Driven by elastic spring structure, the tamping base strikes the ground rapidly and repeatedly. Continuous high-frequency impact squeezes gaps inside soil and gravel, raising ground compactness steadily.
It keeps stable striking force to firm loose foundation and avoid ground subsidence.
Application Scope of Gasoline Tamping Rammer
Building construction: Foundation backfill, corner and pit compaction
Municipal works: Road maintenance, pipeline trench tamping
Rural engineering: Country road and courtyard ground compaction
Narrow working zones: Small spaces inaccessible to large machines
Outdoor open sites: Field construction without power supply
